Yes. Each plan includes a set number of users (Team: 3, Pro: 6). You can add more at any time — $39.99/mo on Team or $49.99/mo on Pro. Enterprise plans come with custom user counts. Each user gets full access on both mobile and web.
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
No. Subcontractor and client portal access is included free with Team plans and above. They download the app and sign in with the invite you send them.
Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time from the web dashboard.
