Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account page. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are securely processed.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial, but the Solo plan is a one-time $49.99 purchase with lifetime access — a great way to try FieldFrame risk-free.

What are AI Assists?

AI Assists are how we measure AI usage. Every time the app uses AI for you — generating an estimate, building a schedule, writing a daily log, analyzing photos — that's one or a few assists depending on the size of the task. Most contractors with 3-4 active projects don't come close to their monthly limit. If you ever need more, you can add a pack of 150 for $39.99.

Can I add extra users to my plan?

Yes. Each plan includes a set number of users (Team: 3, Pro: 6, Enterprise: 10). You can add more at any time — $39.99/mo on Team, $32.99/mo on Pro, or $24.99/mo on Enterprise. Each user gets full access on both mobile and web.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do my subs and clients need subscriptions?

No. Subcontractor and client portal access is included free with Team plans and above. They download the app and sign in with the invite you send them.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time from the web dashboard.

Do you offer custom pricing for larger companies?
